Peach Pie – simple and fast recipe.
When the weather is beautiful, and this is just the beginning of May, we begin to think about the upcoming holidays and the flavors of summer. A peach cake is one of those flavors that reminds me of the summer. The recipe is super simple and fast, perfect for a delicious dessert for children, or a visit by unexpected guests.
Preparation time is just an hour! And you can enjoy the wonderful taste of the coming summer now!
1 can of peaches in syrup (or 4 large peaches)
1 pack of pie dough squares (or two rolls)
4 tablespoons of flour
3 tablespoons of sugar
3 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
1.) Cut the peaches into slices and put them back on the sieve so that they can gently drain off. It all depends on what peaches you can buy.
2.) Flour, sugar, olive oil and breadcrumbs mix in a bowl until the ingredients combine well.
3.) Put the dough on a 9 “” cake (cake pan) and prick the hole with the fork.
4.) Put the peaches on the cake, then put the flour with sugar and breadcrumbs. Cover with the remaining dough in any way, covering the whole or arranging in a grid.
5.) Brush the whole with a beaten egg.
6.) Put in the oven preheated at 210C (410F) for 35 minutes to golden color.
