Chicken Romagnola – healthy and simple recipe for diner.

Pollo alla Romagnola – simple recipe

If you want a very exquisite Mediterranean way of preparing chicken, suitable for any occasion or season, here’s the recipe specifically for you. Instead of chicken, turkey cuts can also be used.


500 g chicken breasts
1 glass of white wine
3 cloves of garlic
1 onion
Tomato can in marinade
1 chicken cube
Chopped parsley
5 dag of butter
50 g flour
olive oil
fresh rosemary
Salt, pepper, chili for seasoning.


1.) Cut the chicken into small portions, lightly coat it with flour. Fry until golden brown on a spoon of olive oil.

2.) Finely chop onions and garlic, put in a pot with rosemary, pour a tablespoon of oil, put pieces of fried chicken on it.
3.) Pour the wine, salt, pepper and add a little chili powder. Fry under cover for about 15 minutes (be careful not to burn).
4.) Add crushed canned tomatoes, chopped parsley and butter. Cover and cook for 45 minutes. If after this time the sauce is too thin – simmer for 10 minutes without cover.
5.) Serve with pasta or rice.
